Why I chose my major

I’ve wanted to help people ever since I was a little kid. In financial planning, I found a way to take a burden off of someone else while also using the data and numerical work I love. As I met the people, from faculty to other students, I knew I was in the right place. 

What I like most about FACS

Other departments may be about the buildings or the resource, but FACS is about the people. The college collects some of the most caring, hard-working people and brings them all under Dawson Hall’s roof. 

Post-graduation plans

I will be returning to my hometown to work at a small, fee-only RIA, as well as pursing my CFP designation.
