- Why I chose my major
I chose Nutritional Sciences because it aligned with my goals as a future provider to prioritize patient well-being throughout all aspects of life. Nutrition has the power to promote longevity and life quality satisfaction beyond the benefits that medicine can provide alone.
- What I like most about FACS
The College of Family and Consumer Sciences is a supportive, tight-knit community of brilliant individuals who all share a common drive to achieve more. My FACS professors have pushed me to grow in my professional and academic endeavors while always being accessible, involved and passionate. Furthermore, FACS does an amazing job of providing experiential learning and scholarships that have defined my amazing experience at UGA.
- Post-graduation plans
After graduation, I will work as a medical assistant at a multi-specialty clinic in New York to gain valuable patient care experiences while applying to physician assistant programs.
