- Why I chose my major
I was first introduced to Consumer Economics through my involvement in Georgia 4-H, but I chose to pursue it because of its practical application to everyday life. The major has allowed me to explore my interests while building real-world skills and maintaining flexibility in my career path across multiple fields.
- What I like most about FACS
What I’ve appreciated most about FACS is how it makes a large university feel like home. The strong sense of community, smaller class sizes and student-centered approach create an environment where you feel supported and valued. Everything within the college is very intentional, and it’s clear that professors, advisors and staff are truly invested in preparing students for success beyond graduation.
- Post-graduation plans
After graduation, I will be returning to Athens this fall to pursue my M.S. in Financial Planning.
